I received a confirmation the fax was successful. I faxed a beneficiary change request in April 2023. You guys have poor reviews and complaints from customers that you don't even pay out after losing a loved one! Stop harassing me!! My name is *************************! I sent a message via email as I received several notices about bills for policies that I did not sign up for!!! This is fraudulent and I've recieved several harassing calls from this company!!The following policies for:**************** policy number: 0057A6348 ******************** policy number: 0057A2412 If your calls are not being answered, why continue to call or harass someone it is obvious we were not interested?! You are sending bills for policies that we did not authorize that is due June 22nd and June 23rd! I am reporting this to BBB also! You are not the only Insurance company for policies available this is why consumers shop around! Your company calls day and night and still has not gotten the point! Now you guys are sending bills!!! Stop now!!!I don't appreciate the creating of accounts, policies, are fraudulently authorizing policies after you DID NOT GET APPROVAL FROM ME TO MOVE FORWARD WITH!This alone is a turn off to ever want to do business with scammers such as yall. I even complained to the board of directors and they didnt even bother to respond. But they are customer service is ridiculous. ![]() I have put out too much in premiums to just cancel the policies now. My resolution this time is to send each childs payment through different banks. A supervisor swore to me in March that the record had been corrected. Both of these children were on the same statement and all they had to do was apply half of the premium to one shell and half to the other, and they cant even do that. The other child is delinquent beginning the month of June. The latest escapade just happened in June where they took the premiums from January to June, and applied them to only one child and paid him up through the end of this year. Then you go back and forth with their employees, and they all make you feel like you are talking to. Even though they have more than one child on a statement, They will apply the payment to only one child instead of all of the children and then you get a letter stating that the other childs coverage is expiring for nonpayment. I have three childrens policies with globe, and for the past two years they have kept s******* them up. They have people that have absolutely no idea what they are doing and what their company offers. ![]()
